Colorado High School Football - Ponderosa wallops Bear Creek

October 25, 2024: Lakewood, CO 80227

The Ponderosa Mustangs football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Bear Creek Bears to 0 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Heritage for a 4A South Metro test on Friday, November 1. Ponderosa will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 67-54 league win over Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Bear Creek drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO) to meet the Eagles in a 4A South Metro test on Thursday, October 31. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-1. Dakota Ridge won 47-21 in their recent league test against Golden (Golden, CO)
