The St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) football trounced the host Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC), 49-6 in Friday's league outing.

The Bulldogs now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Midway for a 2A Southeastern outing on Friday, November 1. St. Pauls will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 46-8 league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 8-1.

With the defeat, Clinton drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Dark horses host Fairmont (Fairmont, NC) to clash with the Golden Tornadoes in a 2A Southeastern outing on Friday, November 1. The Golden Tornadoes come into the outing with a record of 0-9. Fairmont lost 40-20 in their recent league outing against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC)
