Mississippi High School Football - Clinton overwhelmed by Tupelo

In Friday's league game, the Tupelo Golden Wave (Tupelo, MS) football team triumphed over the visiting Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS), by a tally of 49-0.

In their next game, the Golden Wave face the Starkville Yellowjackets (Starkville, MS) in a 7A Region 2 game, on Thursday, November 7. Tupelo will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record.

The Arrows (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Germantown (Madison, MS). The Mavericks enter the 7A Region 2 game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Germantown was trounced by Madison Central (Madison, MS), 31-28, in a league game.
