The Southwest Raiders walloped the visiting Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles football team by a score of 62-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Western Hills Cougars (Fort Worth, TX) in a 4A-1 Region II District 5 challenge, on Saturday, November 2. Southwest will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 48-0 league loss to Springtown (Springtown, TX).
The Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles enter the 4A-1 Region II District 5 challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Carter-Riverside was ripped by Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 54-7, in a league challenge.
