Texas High School Football - Johnson falls to East Central

October 25, 2024: San Antonio, TX 78263

The East Central Hornets felled the visiting Johnson Jaguars football team by a score of 34-21 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets face the Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge, on Friday, November 1. East Central will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Buffaloes go into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 42-21 league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX).

The Jaguars (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Judson (Converse, TX). The Rockets go into the 6A Region IV District 29 challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Judson toppled Canyon (New Braunfels, TX), 14-13, in a league challenge.
