Texas High School Football - Lone Oak falls to Grand Saline

October 25, 2024: Lone Oak, TX 75453

The Grand Saline Indians felled the host Lone Oak Buffaloes football team by a score of 28-7 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Prairiland Patriots (Pattonville, TX) in a 3A-2 Region III District 9 challenge, on Friday, November 1. Grand Saline will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 30-12 league win over Quitman (Quitman, TX).

The Buffaloes (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harmony (Big Sandy, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A-2 Region III District 9 challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Harmony toppled Chisum (Paris, TX), 33-6, in a league challenge.
