North Carolina High School Football - KIPP Pride beat Weldon

The KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC) football were winner over the visiting Weldon Chargers (Weldon, NC), 58-28 in Friday's league outing.

The Pride now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Edgecombe for a Tar Roanoke 1A outing on Friday, November 1. KIPP Pride will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 50-8 league loss to Northampton County (Gaston, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Weldon drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Warren County (Warrenton, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a Tar Roanoke 1A outing on Friday, November 1. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 7-2. Warren County won 55-6 in their recent league outing against Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC)
