California High School Football - Linfield Christian wallops Whittier Christian

October 25, 2024: Temecula, CA 92592

The Linfield Christian Lions football squad scored 49 points and limited the visiting Whittier Christian Heralds to 6 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Western Christian for a Mesquite test on Friday, November 1. Linfield Christian will meet a Fighting Lancers squad coming off a 42-14 league loss to Arrowhead Christian (Redlands, CA). The Fighting Lancers record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Whittier Christian drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Heralds host Maranatha (Pasadena, CA) to meet the Minutemen in a Mesquite test on Friday, November 1. The Minutemen come into the test with a record of 4-5. Maranatha lost 55-27 in their recent league test against Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA)
