The Mohonasen Warriors football squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Schenectady Patriots to 6 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now hold a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Averill Park for a non-league test on Friday, November 1. Mohonasen will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 34-0 league win over Troy (Troy, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Schenectady drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Patriots host Shaker (Latham, NY) to meet the Bison in a Section 2 AA test on Friday, November 1. The Bison come into the test with a record of 7-1. Shaker won 35-14 in their recent league test against Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY)
