In Friday's league game, the Rivercrest Rebels (Bogata, TX) football team overcame the host Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX), by a tally of 56-30.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Boles Hornets (Quinlan, TX) in a 2A-1 Region III District 9 game, on Friday, November 1. Rivercrest will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 4-4 record after their 27-20 league win over Como-Pickton (Como, TX).
