Washington High School Football - Ridgefield over R.A. Long

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) and the visiting R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA), witnessed Ridgefield's football squad knock off R.A. Long by a tally of 35-7.

The Spudders (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against Woodland (Woodland, WA). The Beavers enter the 2A Greater St. Helens contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Woodland gained a win over Mark Morris (Longview, WA), 49-21, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Lumberjacks battle the Mark Morris Monarchs (Longview, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens contest, on Friday, November 1. R.A. Long will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Monarchs enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 49-21 league loss to Woodland (Woodland, WA).
