Louisiana High School Football - St. Thomas More smashes Rayne

The St. Thomas More Cougars (Lafayette, LA) football trounced the visiting Rayne Wolves (Rayne, LA), 61-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Cougars now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Teurlings Catholic for a 4A District 4 outing on Friday, November 1. St. Thomas More will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 28-14 non-league win over East Ascension (Gonzales, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 8-0.

With the defeat, Rayne drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to North Vermilion (Maurice, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a 4A District 4 outing on Friday, November 1. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 2-6. North Vermilion lost 56-7 in their recent league outing against Westgate (New Iberia, LA)
