California High School Football - Canyon Hills sneaks past Hoover

October 25, 2025: San Diego, CA 92124

The Canyon Hills Rattlers football team scored 27 points and held the visiting Hoover Cardinals to 20 in the Rattlers non-league victory on Saturday.

In their next game, the Rattlers face the Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA) in a Central challenge, on Friday, October 31. Canyon Hills will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 30-14 league loss to Coronado (Coronado, CA).

With the defeat, Hoover drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Mission Bay (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Buccaneers in a City test on Friday, October 31. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 9-0. Mission Bay won 49-21 in their recent league test against Crawford (San Diego, CA)
