New Jersey High School Football - St. Mary sneaks past Garfield

The St. Mary Gaels football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Garfield Boilermakers to 20 in the Gaels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Gaels now hold a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Immaculata for a non-league game on Friday, October 31. St. Mary will battle a Spartans team coming off a 48-8 league win over West Side (Newark, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 7-2.
The Boilermakers (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Clifton (Clifton, NJ). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 0-8 record. In their last bout, Clifton was tipped by East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ), 41-0, in a non-league bout.
