New York High School Football - Iona Prep falls to St. Anthony's

The St. Anthony's Friars felled the visiting Iona Prep Gaels football team by a score of 28-13 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Friars play the Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds (Uniondale, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, November 8. St. Anthony's will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.
The Gaels (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY). The Rams go into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Fordham Prep lost by Xavier (New York, NY), 24-13, in a non-league challenge.
