The Lafayette Commodores edged the host Southaven Chargers soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Commodores face the New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, October 27. Lafayette will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Saltillo (Saltillo, MS).
