The Sacred Heart Academy Irish topped the visiting Gaylord Blue Devils volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Irish confront the Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI) in a Mid-State game, on Saturday, October 25. Sacred Heart Academy will attempt to advance on its 22-8 season record. The Pirates go into the game with a 12-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Carrollton (Carrollton, MI).
The Blue Devils (3-19) will now prepare for their game against Onekama (Onekama, MI). The Portagers go into the non-league game with a 23-7 record. In their last game, Onekama defeated Evart (Evart, MI), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
