The Ponchatoula Green Wave topped the visiting Hahnville Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Green Wave face the Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA) in a Division I District 6 game, on Tuesday, October 28. Ponchatoula will attempt to advance on its 18-13 season record. The Tornadoes go into the game with a 13-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Slidell (Slidell, LA).
The Tigers (13-20) will now prepare for their outing against Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA). The Wildcats come into the non-league outing with a 15-9 record. In their last outing, Christ Episcopal School beat Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
