The Taylorville Tornadoes (Taylorville, IL) volleyball knocked off the visiting Nokomis Redskins (Nokomis, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Tornadoes now possess a 26-5 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 28. Taylorville will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Mascoutah (Mascoutah, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-17.
