The Mammoth Spring Bears basketball team (Mammoth Spring, AR), was overwhelmed 79-45 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds (Imboden, AR)

The Greyhounds now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 29.

The Bears (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Rural Special (Fox, AR). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Rural Special was overwhelmed by Wonderview (Hattieville, AR), 72-47, in a non-league battle.
