The Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Westminster School Martlets to 1 in the Pelicans league victory on Wednesday.
Next, the Pelicans face the Hotchkiss School Bearcats (Lakeville, CT) in a NEPSAC Freelance contest, on Saturday, October 29. Loomis Chaffee School will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Bearcats enter the contest with a 2-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY).
The Martlets now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canterbury School for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 29. Westminster School will face a Saints team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Greens Farms Academy (Greens Farms, CT). The Saints record now stands at 0-10.
