The Lincoln Prep Panthers football team (Grambling, LA), was ripped 42-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA)
The Cougars (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Frederick (Monroe, LA). The Warriors come into the 1A District 2 challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Frederick trounced John Paul II (Plano, TX), 40-3, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ouachita Christian for a 1A District 2 challenge on Thursday, November 2. Lincoln Prep will meet a Eagles team coming off a 56-0 non-league win over Grant (Dry Prong, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.
