The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the host Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX), observed Fort Bend Austin's football squad edge Fort Bend Bush by a count of 14-7.

The Bulldogs now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Hightower for a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Thursday, November 2. Fort Bend Austin will play a Hurricanes squad coming off a 71-13 league win over Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 8-1.

Coming up next, the Broncos play the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 contest, on Friday, November 3. Fort Bend Bush will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 42-0 league loss to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX).
