The Logansport Tigers (Logansport, LA) football defeated the host St. Mary Tigers (Natchitoches, LA), 20-3 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Montgomery Tigers (Montgomery, LA) in a 1A District 3 bout, on Thursday, November 2. Logansport will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 41-18 non-league win over Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA).

The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their bout against Northwood (Lena, LA). The Gators enter the 1A District 3 bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Northwood lost by LaSalle (Olla, LA), 52-14, in a league bout.
