The Westminster Wildcats thwarted the host Southwest DeKalb Panthers football team by a count of 37-19 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Westminster upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Wildcats host Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) to encounter the Wolverines in a AAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, November 3. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 5-4. Miller Grove lost 24-21 in their recent league outing against Hapeville Charter (Atlanta, GA)
With the loss, Southwest DeKalb moves to 2-7 on the season. The Panthers host Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA) to encounter the Jaguars in a AAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, November 3. The Jaguars go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Stephenson won 21-14 in their recent league outing against Holy Innocents Episcopal (Atlanta, GA)
