In Thursday's non-league game, the Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) football team knocked off the visiting Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA), by a score of 28-0.
The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Radnor (Radnor, PA). The Raptors come into the game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Radnor was dropped by Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA), 32-2, in a league game.
The Royals now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Garnet Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, November 2.
