In Thursday's non-league game, the Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders (Greenbelt, MD) football team knocked off the visiting Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD), by a final score of 16-0.
The Raiders (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Flowers (Springdale, MD). The Jaguars come into the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Flowers toppled Parkdale (Riverdale, MD), 32-8, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laurel for a non-league game on Wednesday, November 1. Bowie will battle a Spartans team coming off a 30-26 non-league loss to Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Spartans record now stands at 5-3.
