Varsity Opponent (, ) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the clash with the Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers (Upton, MA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 26. Varsity Opponent will attempt to advance on its 167-574 season record. The Beavers come into the match with a 12-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Advanced Math & Science Academy (Marlborough, MA).

With the loss, Lee Park Prep drops to 16-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Varsity Opponent (, ) to clash with the in a non-league match on Friday, October 27.
