In Saturday's league match, the visiting Stuyvesant Peglegs football squad scored a decisive 40-0 victory over the Columbus Sharks.
The Peglegs (3-4) will now prepare for their match against John Jay (Cross River, NY). The Wolves enter the non-league match with a 2-6 record.
Coming up next, the Sharks confront the John Adams Spartans (Ozone Park, NY) in a PSAL 3A match, on Sunday, November 3. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 0-7 record after their 20-0 league loss to Truman (Bronx, NY).
