The Watertown Indians walloped the host Gilbert/Northwestern/Housatonic Yellowjackets football team by a score of 42-6 in Saturday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Woodland Regional Hawks (Beacon Falls, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley - Copper challenge, on Friday, November 1. Watertown will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 48-7 league win over Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT).

The Yellowjackets (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Seymour (Seymour, CT). The Wildcats go into the Naugatuck Valley - Copper challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Seymour bounced Wolcott (Wolcott, CT), 22-6, in a league challenge.
