Fans at Saturday's league battle between the Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT) and the host Kent School Lions (Kent, CT), saw Taft School's soccer squad triumph over Kent School by a count of 7-1.

The Big Red (12-3) will now prepare for their battle against Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Wild Boars enter the Founders battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Choate Rosemary Hall School was overwhelmed by Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon, MA), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Lions battle the Trinity-Pawling School Pride (Pawling, NY) in a Founders battle, on Wednesday, October 30. Kent School will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Pride enter the battle with a 2-11 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY).
