In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons/Kestrels volleyball team scored a close 1-0 victory over the Mt. Morris Panthers.

The Falcons/Kestrels (29-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 27-7 record. In their last challenge, Plymouth Christian Academy got by Lutheran Northwest (Rochester Hills, MI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 26. Mt. Morris will attempt to upgrade on its 28-20 season record. The Hatchets enter the challenge with a 23-16 record after their 3-0 league win over Vassar (Vassar, MI).
