The East Side Red Raiders football team (Newark, NJ), was beaten 28-18 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Dover Tigers (Dover, NJ)
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Memorial (West New York, NJ). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Memorial was beaten by Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ), 30-28, in a non-league challenge.
The Red Raiders now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Indian Hills for a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 3. East Side will meet a Braves team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Dwight Morrow (Englewood, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 4-4.
