In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Goshen Central Gladiators volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Port Jervis Raiders.
The Gladiators (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY). The Warriors come into the Section 9 Orange County III battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Minisink Valley defeated Goshen Central (Goshen, NY), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Raiders encounter the Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, November 1. Port Jervis will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record. The Dukes come into the battle with a 6-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Rondout Valley (Accord, NY).
