Texas High School Football - Reagan County nips Anthony

In Friday's league match, the host Reagan County Owls football squad scored a close 46-41 victory over the Anthony Wildcats.

In their next game, the Owls clash with the Christoval Cougars (Christoval, TX) in a 2A-1 Region I District 3 match, on Friday, November 3. Reagan County will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-7 record after their 46-0 league loss to Sonora (Sonora, TX).

The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Ozona (Ozona, TX). The Lions enter the 2A-1 Region I District 3 match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Ozona held off Forsan (Forsan, TX), 28-14, in a league match.
