In Friday's league game, the Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) football team knocked off the visiting Bethany Bronchos (Bethany, OK), by a final score of 27-7.

The Lions (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK). The Savages come into the 4A District 2 game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Tecumseh was dropped by Bridge Creek (Blanchard, OK), 34-21, in a league game.
