In Friday's non-league game, the Brook Hill Guard (Bullard, TX) football team smashed the host Village Vikings (Houston, TX), by a final score of 64-0.
The Guard (6-3) will now prepare for their game against McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX). The Mustangs come into the TAPPS Division III District 2 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, McKinney Christian Academy was trounced by Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX), 70-0, in a league game.
The Vikings now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Savio for a TAPPS Division V game on Friday, November 3. Village will battle a Eagles team coming off a 48-28 league win over Cathedral (El Paso, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.
