The Cherokee Chiefs football team (Cherokee, OK), was knocked off 70-40 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Pond Creek-Hunter Panthers (Pond Creek, OK)
The Panthers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Oklahoma Bible (Enid, OK). The Trojans come into the B District 2 (8 Man) challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Oklahoma Bible knocked off Kremlin-Hillsdale (Kremlin, OK), 54-8, in a league challenge.
The Chiefs now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Ringwood for a B District 2 (8 Man) challenge on Friday, November 3. Cherokee will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 46-34 league loss to Garber (Garber, OK). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-7.
