Mississippi High School Football - Prairie View Academy can't get by Deer Creek

The Deer Creek Warriors held off the visiting Prairie View Academy Spartans football team by a count of 20-13 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Deer Creek upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Porter's Chapel Academy (Vicksburg, MS) to confront the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, November 3. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 11-0. Porter's Chapel Academy won 42-13 in their recent league outing against Prairie View Academy (Bastrop, LA)

With the loss, Prairie View Academy moves to 5-6 on the season.
