Florida High School Football - Wharton smashes Freedom

October 27, 2023: Tampa, FL 33647

The Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL) football routed the visiting Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL), 51-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hillsborough Terriers (Tampa, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 3. Wharton will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Terriers enter the bout with a 6-3 record after their 28-7 league loss to Jesuit (Tampa, FL).

The Patriots (0-9) will now prepare for their bout against Spoto (Riverview, FL). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Spoto was crushed by Lennard (Ruskin, FL), 51-27, in a league bout.
