The Grayson County Cougars held off the visiting Hancock County Hornets football team by a count of 15-14 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Grayson County upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY) to confront the Falcons in a non-league outing on Thursday, November 2. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 4-4.
With the loss, Hancock County moves to 6-4 on the season. The Hornets travel to Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Friday, November 3. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 8-2. Franklin-Simpson won 24-14 in their recent non-league outing against Warren East (Bowling Green, KY)
