Texas High School Football - Wolfe City trounced by Honey Grove

October 27, 2023: Wolfe City, TX 75496

The Honey Grove Warriors walloped the host Wolfe City Wolves football team by a count of 46-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Honey Grove upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Como-Pickton (Como, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 2A-1 Region III District 9 outing on Friday, November 3. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 1-8. Como-Pickton lost 55-0 in their recent league outing against Alba-Golden (Alba, TX)

With the loss, Wolfe City moves to 7-2 on the season. The Wolves host Rivercrest (Bogata, TX) to confront the Rebels in a 2A-1 Region III District 9 outing on Friday, November 3. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 3-6. Rivercrest won 50-0 in their recent league outing against Boles (Quinlan, TX)
