West Virginia High School Football - Hurricane trounces South Charleston

October 27, 2023: South Charleston, WV 25309

In Friday's league match, the visiting Hurricane Redskins football squad scored a big 89-7 victory over the South Charleston Black Eagles.

In their next game, the Redskins clash with the Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) in a Mountain State match, on Friday, November 3. Hurricane will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Highlanders enter the match with a 8-1 record after their 86-0 league win over St. Albans (St. Albans, WV).

The Black Eagles (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Capital (Charleston, WV). The Cougars enter the Mountain State match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Capital was crushed by George Washington (Charleston, WV), 65-6, in a league match.
