Oklahoma High School Football - Weatherford prevails Marshall

October 27, 2023: Weatherford, OK 73096

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Weatherford Eagles (Weatherford, OK) and the visiting Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK), observed Weatherford's football squad defeat Marshall by a count of 42-16.

The Eagles now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Tuttle for a non-league outing on Friday, November 10.

With the loss, Marshall moves to 1-8 on the season. The Bears host Elk City (Elk City, OK) to confront the Elks in a 4A District 1 outing on Friday, November 3. The Elks go into the outing with a record of 6-3. Elk City won 43-14 in their recent league outing against Woodward (Woodward, OK)
