Virginia High School Football - Matoaca trounces Prince George

October 27, 2023: Prince George, VA 23875

In Friday's league match, the visiting Matoaca Warriors football squad scored a big 45-0 victory over the Prince George Royals.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Dinwiddie Generals (Dinwiddie, VA) in a Central match, on Friday, November 3. Matoaca will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Generals enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 56-12 league win over Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA).

The Royals (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Hopewell (Hopewell, VA). The Blue Devils enter the Central match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Hopewell was crushed by Thomas Dale (Chester, VA), 28-24, in a league match.
