Arizona High School Football - Mica Mountain prevails Walden Grove

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) and the visiting Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ), observed Mica Mountain's football squad defeat Walden Grove by a count of 21-7.

The Thunderbolts now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Catalina Foothills for a 4A Kino contest on Friday, November 3. Mica Mountain will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 14-13 league win over Pueblo (Tucson, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 4-5.

Coming up next, the Red Wolves encounter the Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Kino contest, on Friday, November 3. Walden Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Dorados go into the contest with a 9-0 record after their 42-0 league win over Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ).
