Texas High School Football - Plains tipped by Ropes

The Plains Cowboys football team (Plains, TX), was tipped 25-19 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Ropes Eagles (Ropesville, TX)

The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against New Home (New Home, TX). The Leopards come into the 2A-2 Region I District 4 challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, New Home nipped Morton (Morton, TX), 54-6, in a league challenge.

The Cowboys now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Smyer for a 2A-2 Region I District 4 challenge on Thursday, November 2. Plains will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 36-18 league loss to Seagraves (Seagraves, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-8.
