The Southbridge Pioneers football team (Southbridge, MA), was ripped 42-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Prouty Panthers (Spencer, MA)
The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Martha's Vineyard Regional (Oak Bluffs, MA). The Vineyarders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Martha's Vineyard Regional trounced Nantucket (Nantucket, MA), 24-21, in a league challenge.
The Pioneers now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlett for a Southern Worcester County - B challenge on Thursday, November 23. Southbridge will meet a Indians team coming off a 35-6 league loss to Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA). The Indians record now stands at 3-5.
