California High School Football - San Mateo victorious over Sequoia

October 27, 2023: Redwood City, CA 94062

In Friday's league match, the visiting San Mateo Bearcats football squad scored a good 21-7 victory over the Sequoia Ravens.

In their next game, the Bearcats clash with the Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 4. San Mateo will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 38-7 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).

The Ravens (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Scots enter the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Carlmont thwarted Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 43-33, in a league match.
