California High School Football - Las Lomas can't get by Acalanes

The Acalanes Dons held off the host Las Lomas Knights football team by a count of 24-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Dons face the Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) in a bout, on Friday, November 3. Acalanes will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 9-0 record after their 7-3 league win over Miramonte (Orinda, CA).

The Knights (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Matadors enter the bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Miramonte was nudged by Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 7-3, in a league bout.
